Exported videos not playing

Hi, i'm using a the latest licensed version of videopad. i have used various version of the software over the past 10 years or so and never had a problem.

I can edit videos fine, but when i export them, they won't play on anything and they dont export to vimeo. i have tried different resolutions and frame rates but still get the same problem. Help please!

Specifically, what version is being used?  Try this one.  For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.

If no go, please share a problem project and someone will check it out.  Don't upload the export, just the PORTABLE project folder as instructed here...
