robertgoit@gmail.com
Hi, I just purchased the videopad professional and I am a new user. I have trouble in playing the sound. I add the video files in the bin and play it. No sound at all. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out but failed to do it. I am sure the speaker is not on mute and the audio setting is ok. Could you please help with this? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Robert
borate
Install this version and see if the problem persists. If it does, report it here.
robertgoit@gmail.com
Hi, thanks for your response. I uninstalled the previous version and installed the version you sent to me. But the problem still remains. The message in the sound track area saying that "one or more sound clips on your sequence is still processing, You will not hear these clips until processing finishes." There is no sound wave sequence in the sound track area. Looking forward to your response. Thanks Robert
borate
Let's check it out, and get to the bottom of the issue. Upload the PORTABLE project folder per the instructions below. (Not the export and not only the VPJ file). This folder will contain the source files and the VPJ control file, so others can run the project just as you do. The process isn't difficult, takes little time and can be private... http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/ If it contains sensitive material link it in a personal message (PM). Click the envelope above. It won't be passed on or retained. Use FILE|SAVE PORTABLE PROJECT AS, not simply SAVE PROJECT, and don't forget to get a shareable, public link - not one that is restricted.
