Why can't I choose where to store the Video?

I have installed VideoPad and It automatically installed on my SSD which I don't have much space so I went in the program files and put it in the D Drive but when I go in the VideoPad and start working on a video it is still putting the video on the SSD.

Is it it possible to change where the software is storing the data?

That did fix that problem...but

when I went to export it still said it was going to save it on the C Drive... and I changed everything on the disk setting to be on the D drive

Where can I change the setting of where to store the video when exported?
