When i ask for assistance, they answer they dont recognize my email so they concluded i haven bought the editor. VideoPad FAQRequest:> Quiero devolver la compra, me han cargado algo que no he pedido.> --- This customer has NOT paid for support using this email address> Extra Information (1): VideoPad I sent them a snapshot of the moment i made the payment where it shows i used that email and also the payment was successful. They havent replied yet, this was three days ago! Please someone contact me to solve this issue. I bought it from Spain. Right now im really pissed off about this situation and I want a refund.
