Video Pad registration issue

I have bought the videoeditor a few days ago, they did not send me the bill, and charged me twice what i have asked for.

When i ask for assistance, they answer they dont recognize my email so they concluded i haven bought the editor. 

 VideoPad FAQRequest:
> Quiero devolver la compra, me han cargado algo que no he pedido.
> --- This customer has NOT paid for support using this email address
> Extra Information (1): VideoPad

I sent them a snapshot of the moment i made the payment where it shows i used that email and also the payment was successful. They havent replied yet, this was three days ago!

Please someone contact me to solve this issue.

I bought it from Spain. Right now im really pissed off about this situation and I want a refund.
