Dropped Frames

Hello. I have bye the Golden Videos VHS to DVD Converter for 29.24$. After recording about 15 min. frames dropped, and the software crached. Where is the problem?

I would recommend you to try this:

Uninstall GoldenVideos, then delete 3 folders named "GoldenVideos" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\GoldenVideos\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\GoldenVideos\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\GoldenVideos\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. 

After that, restart your computer and reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/goldenvideos/gvsetup.exe

Once done, restart your system one more time and try again.

You will have to register the program using your current code.
