Libby Boone
I have been using an older version of the free software, but just downloaded the latest one. The transcript from one sound file was not saved properly, though it was not marked for deletion. The drop down bar only shows my present transcript. I never had this problem before and I am still using the same equipment. Thanks.
Libby Boone
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am talking about the text in the notes field. I guess I didn't use the Done button? The audio file is in the downloads file on my computer. The version I am using now is Express Scribe Pro v. 8.0. When the audio file plays, it opens in ITunes. Would you suggest I post on the forum specifically related to Mac's? I think that may be the problem, and I am not an expert in finding files stored on Macs. elk
I would recommend you to check under this location on your Mac and confirm if the files are there: /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Library/Application Support That is the default location where Scribe stores the data. If you do not know how to access it, you can contact Apple support for assistance.
