Exported video stuck on first frame

I'm pretty new to VideoPad but have been using it without problems up to today.

I'm using version 7.51 on windows 10

I'm muting out music from a long video so I split it into sections and muted the audio on the sections with music. Then I exported it with the same size and framerate as the initial video. I've done this on 10 or so videos with no problem but this one comes out with just the initial frame showing for the whole video and the fixed audio. I think the problem may be the size of this one 1.9G as that seems like the only thing that is different.

Any suggestions?

What do you mean "Allowed project to fully cache"? Do you mean the period when I first open the file and the audio slowly loads?

That's it, though it may not be relevant.  The green line above the timeline normally tracks the status of cache files.

Prior to loading the initial project it's wise to click on OPTIONS| I DSK tab and Clear Unused Cache Files.

I still can't get it to export correctly for me. Is there a way to turn on logging to see if something is going wrong or to post it here?

What version?  Windows 7.53?  Test it.  Is there ample free space on the caching disk listed under OPTIONS | DISK menu?

I upgraded to 8.0 this morning before I saw your message. It just finished exporting and the file looks fine - fixed!  BTW, I had 500gb of room on the caching disk.

Good to hear.  It's likely that you downloaded 7.53.  The 8/8.01 designation is a placeholder and often doesn't correspond to the actual version.
