I have tried MP4, MOV, and MPG formats, and yet the problem persists. I have been a long-time user of several NCH products, but this is the first time this has occurred. borate Posted December 23, 2019 Share Posted December 23, 2019 What version of VP is being used? Test the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Upload and share your project and someone here will check it out.
