Correct sound player device?

Whenever I try to play/edit any type of file (.mp3, .m4a, .wav, so on...) it gives me the same message.

 

"Please check that you have selected the correct sound player device using Options. Open Options using Tools -> Options."

 

I have messed around with all of the options, and I can't figure it out!

 

I'm new to this software, so I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

I have the same issue. Only happend after I bought the license. Go figure. Looking forward to the answer.

if you try to play it in another product like Switch (www.nch.com.au/switch), do you have similar problems?
