jakobkraft
I just noticed that everytime I click the save shortcut on the top of the interface, I get a file sent to my Recycle Bin. Videopad seems to save the file in the correct place as well in the Videopad Projects folder, but a duplicate save file is automatically sent to the Recycle Bin each time. After every session I have a dozen or so files in my Recycle Bin which I have to delete. Please see video linked here -- https://imgur.com/a/Eg8rVvg Just wondering if this is normal behavior -- it's not going to stop me from using the program but it's certainly not behavior I've seen in other video editors. Thanks in advance!
borate
Interesting. See the same here with the latest beta version. This may have been instituted as a preventive measure, for those who do not use FILE|SAVE AS, giving their saves a unique # or name. FILE|SAVE overwrites the vpj file. Having it copied to the recycle bin isn't that bad an idea.
jakobkraft
I guess I could see the logic of that. It just threw me off a bit. If it's deliberate behavior, then that's fine. I was just concerned that it was a bug, that could potentially lead to other bugs. Thanks for your reply:)
