Loading mwa file

I apologize if this has already been dealt with.

 

I'm using Express Scribe 4.01. When I tried to load an mwa file, I received an error message saying I needed a Sony plug-in that I could get from www.nch.com.au/scribe/sony. But when I went there, I was directed to a general Express Scribe page. I've looked everyplace I can think of, but I can't find the plug-in.

 

Can anyone help?

I'm sorry - I meant an MSV file, not an mwa file.
