I'm using 5.21 and have the same problem. When I tried to submit the problem as a bug, I was sent to a message which told me there was a 5.4 patch, but the patch has the same problem. I can't get past the license agreement page. How can I upgrade? Is anyone reading these messages since they go back to the middle of August, and it's the middle of September now.

I'm sorry - I meant an MSV file, not an mwa file.

I apologize if this has already been dealt with. I'm using Express Scribe 4.01. When I tried to load an mwa file, I received an error message saying I needed a Sony plug-in that I could get from www.nch.com.au/scribe/sony. But when I went there, I was directed to a general Express Scribe page. I've looked everyplace I can think of, but I can't find the plug-in. Can anyone help? Thanks. MikeJanus
