rgt Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 I just finished a project on my purchased 'home edition' VP software. When trying to save and Export it gave error msg that I needed to 'purchase' the software?? Now I can't open the project at all. It says file not supported by this version and i need to upgrade to new version. Even tho i have lifetime version, i have to PAY for upgrades to open my files now? After that date, it's your choice whether to upgrade, but your registered version will be fully functional in perpetuity. Try reinstalling your version and re-registering it. FILE menu|Register software. If within the free upgrade period since your purchase, download the latest and use your registration code. Please report results here.
