wbf1230 Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 Whenever I use videopad, if I choose to use the blur censor effect in the video, there is a popping sound on the video. This sound is not there when there is no audio narration for the video but is there when there is narration for the video. borate Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 Censor-blurred a fifteen-second video, testing each of the three modes and various slider settings. Added synthesized text for their duration.
