Items coordination

Good day,

i have follow the tutorial to coordinate Express account and Inventoria. It says that it was succesfully done. However, the items I have entered in Express account previously aren't showing in Inventoria and it doesn't coordinate?

Hello Anne,

Please make sure to follow the sync steps you can find at https://www.nchsoftware.com/inventory/kb/1289.html
Also, make sure to in Express Accounts go to "Options > Inventory", select the correct location and click "Update Now" before checking the Inventoria stock levels.
