Just tried a clean install of the software because I was unable to input new contacts which seems to be common fault. However only files in the log file are txt files. Where is my old data? Gekker Posted October 16, 2018 Share Posted October 16, 2018 Hello Bruce, The correct way to backup your Reflect CRM data is by going to "Tools > Backup Data..." and creating a backup folder you can later restore from "Tools > Restore Data..." Without a backup folder your information cannot be restored. Uninstalling the program will delete the data you have on the program. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
