Eloise Posted April 30, 2006 Share Posted April 30, 2006 Greetings, Just purchased IVM for recording lengthy phone calls. I'm on a Cisco VoIP network, and have access to IP hard and soft phones. When I call the softphone number, IVM doesn't do anything. How do I get IVM and my Cisco IP Communicator softphone to cooperate? Thanks in advance!
