Greetings, Just purchased IVM for recording lengthy phone calls. I'm on a Cisco VoIP network, and have access to IP hard and soft phones. When I call the softphone number, IVM doesn't do anything. How do I get IVM and my Cisco IP Communicator softphone to cooperate? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I would like to use VRS to automatically record phone calls of up to an hour. Our phone environment is a Cisco VoIP system. Can I use VRS in this environment? Will VRS work with an IP "Softphone"? Any insight much appreciated!
