Pedal showing as "Active Controller" but won't play

Hello

I have an Olympus R28 pedal that worked perfectly fine with the free version of Express Scribe. Now I have went Pro, the pedal will not play the dictation. It is recognised and showing under "Active Controllers" and status is "OK"

Can anyone help?
