Videopad 120fps -> 30fps Slowmo

Hello, I recently recorded some video on a sports camera at 120fps with the intent of slowing it down to 30fps in videopad. Everything looks great in the preview window, but when I render the file the video is very blurry. Searching through this forum, I found out that this is due to a cross-fading effect applied whenever the footage is slowed down to fill missing frames. At 30fps I am not missing any frames and I am wondering if there's a way I can turn this off. The video I want is right there in the editor, it just won't come out.

It can be turned of by un-check "Insert transition frames" on Speed Change dialog.
