help needed

I need a simple system that can take incoming calls indentify them in the database, ask a few questions, and update the DB with the inputed answers.

when i check my recivied messages at the ed of the day i find that some of them have benn termanted pre maturly by the software. This behavior is random the length of the recodings vary. What casue this problem and how can i resolve it ?

I replied earlier to you... I may be able to help..

I'll need to know:

- the type of db you're using &

- location of the db: local or remote

- type of telephony card you're using

- sample of data structures and sample data in your tables
