wolfschadowe
I purchased VideoPad last year and have been using it successfully for some time. For the last few months I am unable to open any video files. This includes RAW files that I have successfully edited previously in VideoPad. The files will play normally in any media player including default Videos, Windows Media Player, and VLC. The format doesn't seem to matter. I've remuxed to mp4, mkv, wmv and others. Every method of attempting to open a file returns a pop-up: "Failed to load file" in an "Error Loading Clip File(s)" window. I am using Windows 10 insider build 16226 at the time of this message. borate
Under OPTIONS|DISK tab, press the button to Clear Unused Cache Files. You tried installing the latest version?
