supremegrandruler
Trying to export a video to MP4 / Mov format and this is the error I get: I have tried deleting the Components folder and re-installing VideoPad.
c_major
Have you tried delete the component manually? After the component was deleted, did VideoPad try to download the component again?
NotADevWinkWink
If you don't have any luck deleting it manually, does right-clicking and choosing "run as Administrator" fix the problem?
supremegrandruler
I deleted the component, ran VideoPad as Admin, but the error persisted. The component was not downloaded so my x264enc7 folder is empty.
c_major
Do you have internet access when you running VideoPad?

supremegrandruler
Downloaded and placed in the folder. Still got the same error.
borate
Have you tried reinstalling the latest version? First consider purging all detritus from past attempts, using this tool.
c_major
Please try Borate's suggestion. If it still doesn't work please check your PM, I've send you a diagnostic build so we can trace what's going on.
supremegrandruler
I've tried Borate's solution and deleted all the Roaming files and all the Registry Keys and uninstalled followed by a fresh install. Still not working. I'll try to run the diagnostics build when I have time.
