Jan Janssens
I'm using Windows 10 and the latest version of Videopad (v4.45). Is there a way to get rid of the black screen at the end of the created/exported video? Thank you.
borate
Using W10 and v4.45 here I have never seen a black screen that's related to use of Videopad. You might check for an updated video driver from your chip or card manufacturer's WEBsite... http://geforce.com/drivers (NVidia) http://support.amd.com/en-us/download http://www.intel.com...detect/graphics If problems arise, roll back to the prior driver via CONTROL PANEL|DEVICE MGR|VIDEO ADAPTERS|<your adapter name>|DRIVERS tab. c_major
Hi Jan, Yes, we've found VP can introduce black screen at the end in some cases. This issue is fixed and applied to the upcoming new version. The new version will be released in a few days.
