How Do I Export A Sequence As A Separate File?

Sorry if this question is easy to answer. I looked through all of the onilne help and searched this forum and couldn't find a solution. Is there a way to do this? Or a way to export part of a video as a separate file? Thanks so much for your help.

Is there a way to export part of a video as a separate file?

 

Choose a sequence from the sequence tabs that are just above the time line. EXPORT.

 

If you want just a portion of the sequence, select (highlight) the sequence, then in the PV window set IN/OUT marks...

Drag the red line to where you want to begin and click the [ START button, beneath the preview window.

Drag the line to where you want the segment to end and click the ] END button.

Export.
