Yes i did, Although it's very easy to determine the problem: ... start a new project ... inset a file ... apply crop effect (resize it , don't leave it full frame) And preview is disappeared .... Strange that in the second screenshot (http://prntscr.com/8gf7kl) the effects dialog opened without any clip being selected. Which clip you applying the effect on? In the Bin or the Sequence?
