SysPr0be
Hello Everyone I downloaded the latest version of IVM Phone Answering Attendant and having a very hard time saving the example files which can be seen at the below address http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/examples.html It says you can save these files then load them into IVM, but the problem is I am only able to save them as an "html" / webpage or a ".txt" / text file How do I download these files save them in the correct format , so that I can then use the Load the file using the menu item Load->File. to import them into IVM / IVR. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Dwight / SysPr0be

When the dialog box come up asking where to put it change the "Save as type" from "Text Document" to "All Files" -> It should now have the correct extension...
