Hello Everyone I downloaded the latest version of IVM Phone Answering Attendant and having a very hard time saving the example files which can be seen at the below address http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/examples.html It says you can save these files then load them into IVM, but the problem is I am only able to save them as an "html" / webpage or a ".txt" / text file How do I download these files save them in the correct format , so that I can then use the to import them into IVM / IVR.
