apstewart
Here are some things you can check or try: (1) Which version are you using? If you go to Help -> About Copper, the latest download from the site says v1.27. (2) On the Web Access page, under "Current Status:" does it say, "Your network is configured properly"? (3) Can you give more details about what you did to get the error message? Are you using Copper with another program such as Inventoria?

apstewart
Copper uses web access only to synchronize data. It doesn't have a browser web interface like Inventoria. Sorry for the slow response.

vemilla
I've solved this issue by using a RDP connection to remote connect to the PC/Mac. You can also do this by using other third party softwares such as Teamviewer.
Marco-polo
If I wanted to have two sales terminals, what do I need to do to sync my copper instances running on different machines, one copper instance running on each terminal? Do I need to buy a second copper license or one license is enough to do this?
