Here are some things you can check or try:

(1) Which version are you using? If you go to Help -> About Copper, the latest download from the site says v1.27.

(2) On the Web Access page, under "Current Status:" does it say, "Your network is configured properly"?

(3) Can you give more details about what you did to get the error message? Are you using Copper with another program such as Inventoria?

--> I am using the latest version which is 1.27

(2) On the Web Access page, under "Current Status:" does it say, "Your network is configured properly"?

--> My network is configure properly. I can access the Internet without any problem. And the Inventoria web access is running fine.

(3) Can you give more details about what you did to get the error message? Are you using Copper with another program such as Inventoria?

--> I enabled the following options on Copper:

Allow access to Copper on the local network is enabled.

Allow access to Copper from the internet is enabled.

Copper port is 1096

Inventoria port is 1097

Both 1096 & 1097 are allowed on my firewall configuration (inbound & outbound)

Even without the Inventoria, Copper web access still does not work.

Please help. Thank you!

If I wanted to have two sales terminals, what do I need to do to sync my copper instances running on different machines, one copper instance running on each terminal? Do I need to buy a second copper license or one license is enough to do this?
