switch and motorola

hi i purchased a motorola E815 PHONE i used SWITCH program to convert mva files to mp3 files,,my transflash card for the phone says the files were transferred but cannot find them on the transflash card,,should i be doing sumthing with the settings,, tech support says songs mite be locked i checke the files in the thumbnail but does not appear to be lock
