worldramp Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 I have a customer that recently purchased Debut capture and is having problems with the capturing of audio when recording screen/web casts. It works 50% of the time. There is no rime or reason, but I can play for instance a youtube video and sometimes it will get the audio and sometimes not.... Any help from support will appreciated. pushka Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 I was just perusing through the FAQ and it mentioned that you must open Debut before you open the media program, or the audio will not capture. If you haven't tried that, go for it. I'm actually looking thru these forums to see how to turn off the external mic and only record audio from the running program. youngguy Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 - hey pushka - did you ever find a solution to your problem? I'm recording off an HDMI input card and I can't get audio. I thinking the trial version will not pass the HMDI audio possibly? I need to run the stream coming from the HDMI cable. It's a honotech hdmi capture card.
