I have a customer that recently purchased Debut capture and is having problems with the capturing of audio when recording screen/web casts. It works 50% of the time. There is no rime or reason, but I can play for instance a youtube video and sometimes it will get the audio and sometimes not.... Any help from support will appreciated.
