Meon
I cannot find a way of displaying my logo with small sized receipts - anyone able yo help? If I select A4 receipts the logo is there, but if i reduce the size of the receipt - the logo drops off, even if I reduce the height of the logo or change the margins to print. eidolon
I am having the same problem in addition to being unable to print a small receipt to a Star TSP100 FuturePRNT. I have a support request pending but no answer yet other than a request for images of the problem. It does print fine to a US Letter size. 8.5"x11" in the upper left corner but does not print the logo then either...

spacemonkeyz
I was able to use a "watermark" on my printer preference to do this. I dropped the top margin of the receipt to fit under the watermarked logo. I don't know if the watermark is not printing the best resolution possible. I would prefer to do this from copper
