Creating new supplier orders but cant add supplier part number

This is very frustrating, first I should say the Inventoria has great potential but severely let down by tech support.

 

I added all my part numbers to inventoria, added supplier part numbers too.

Created a stock order but there is no option to print out suppliers part numbers. All I get is my own part numbers which is useless to email to a supplier as they don't use my part numbers.

 

Sent two requests for tech support on this one but after nearly two weeks no reply.

 

If you are thinking about buying this software I would suggest you save your money and look elsewhere.

hi there... i am new to inventoria... downloaded the program and i am disappointed as well, it seems that it only spits out reports as PDF?! Like what the devil am i supposed to do with that. I cannot save as excel... no option for either CSV... have you figured that one out? has anyone figured anything out how to improve the reporting portion of this program??? i just have better things to do with my time as opposed to converting pdf to excel everyday!
