I'd like to know if I can record my voice over an existing file with music while listening ti it at the same time in orther to mix them.

 

I mean using them like separate tracks to edit music.

I don't think what you want to do can be done with WAVEPAD (but I could be wrong). Take a look at this thread for some ideas:

and -- if anybody has had any luck doing this sort of thing with WAVEPAD, please feel free to jump in here and tell us how to do it.
