scottbiba Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 I get this message "There are currently no information available for this report" When I try to open these reports: - item sales - items per customer - accounting - customer sales Is this a common problem? One of the things I want to be able to do is to make a list of what has been ordered, not just the dollar value as shows in the orders list or report. scottbiba Posted October 14, 2011 Author Share Posted October 14, 2011 OK, this is how it works. In order for these reports to have information, you have to convert your orders into invoices.
