I just purchased and entered my code and now the printer will not recognize the NCH software and will not print the invoices. Please help as I think that to have to purchase more services to get this handled is totally ripping us off I can print the help topics but not the invoices. I had the same problem just a few mins ago... what i did was back up the info via tools...uninstall the program....reinstall the program...then restore data via tools and it works great now...hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
