GREENFIELDS

I used the free program and had not trouble printing the invoices. I just purchased and entered my code and now the printer will not recognize the NCH software and will not print the invoices. Please help as I think that to have to purchase more services to get this handled is totally ripping us off I can print the help topics but not the invoices.
