ckrantz Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 Receiving "TEST FAILED, CANNOT RECEIVE MESSAGE FROM AUTHORIZE" "CHARGE FAILED, CANNOT RECEIVE MESSAGE FROM AUTHORIZE" I have a fully functioning authorize.net account that is working with my website. I entered the correct information into the EI program but I'm unfortunately not able to charge cards properly. Authorize.net receives the charge from EI and it actually does charge the card when I go ahead and charge a payment in the EI Program. But the EI program doesn't recognize that the transaction was successful or declined. Basically I'm ready to buy this program, but if I cannot get authorize.net to work then its a deal breaker for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we're ready to migrate to EI completely.
