Unfortunately you will continue to wait in anticipation.. Just like the rest of us.. If you notice this message board is full of posts.. just post after post after post of 0 replies.. The express invoice is a crap software that is completely amateur and poorly coded. Its completely obvious by their support. You have to pay $40 bucks just to call them? $30 bucks just to email them? I was ready to pay for this software but I got no support setting it up.. So instead I paid another $40 bucks over what I was going to pay to NCH and purchased a much nicer software. http://www.k-billing.com/ 's invoice software blows away NCH.. Its TONS better than this crap from NCH. If you're going to run a business, invest in your invoicing software. You will be glad you did!! Good luck.. I recommend you skip it and use something else. Free + NCH = WORTHLESS SOFTWARE... and I was ready to pay.

I added all of our many many products into EI under "items". When I'm on my office PC and I can see all the items when creating an invoice. But when I'm at home working remotely using web access I only see about 20 of the products that I entered in. This is also another issue I need to get cleared up before buying EI. Any help would be appreciated.

Receiving "TEST FAILED, CANNOT RECEIVE MESSAGE FROM AUTHORIZE" "CHARGE FAILED, CANNOT RECEIVE MESSAGE FROM AUTHORIZE" I have a fully functioning authorize.net account that is working with my website. I entered the correct information into the EI program but I'm unfortunately not able to charge cards properly. Authorize.net receives the charge from EI and it actually does charge the card when I go ahead and charge a payment in the EI Program. But the EI program doesn't recognize that the transaction was successful or declined. Basically I'm ready to buy this program, but if I cannot get authorize.net to work then its a deal breaker for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we're ready to migrate to EI completely.
