IVM only recording messages for approx 30 seconds

I recently started to use IVM for my business voicemail, it works great. I noticed that it only seems to record about 30 or so of the icoming message and cuts people off. I have looked to see if there is a setting for this. Is there something that I am missing?

1. Go into the settings menu from the main screen (the word 'settings' or the hammer/screwdriver icon)

2. Select the 'Transfer/Record' tab

3. At the bottom you should see a section titled 'Recording Messages'

4. Adjust the value in the 'Maximum Record Time' as required

That was it! For some reason, that never occurred to me.
