Guest Vince
One of my customer is recording on a remote desktop. When he connects to his station through Remote Desktop connection, it detects the local soundcard so he cannot run the software properly. I tried solving the issue by running the software as a service and not as an application, first impression, i thougt it worked fine.. But when he tries to play the calls, nothing happens. My question: Is there any way at all to use this software over a remote connection, using any remote connction software, like remote desktop connection or VNC. Thanks for your help

Make sure you have selected Run As Service - show no users. That means the remote connection will not access the recording.
