Time Billing

I have only got the free version for the time being (i need to buy one that works with hourguard down to the last minute of time billing) - which this program does however it doesn't do it quite right.

 

i time client's by the hour - really down the the seconds that it takes me to finish a transcription. Express Invoice is rounding down my figures to 0 if its less than 30minutes to 1 if its more. ie it treats each 'task' in hourguard as items and gives it the hourly rate - ie if i charge a client 31.00 per hour and i've only done 30 minutes it should be 15.50 - but its saying is 0. i get many many jobs that take only a few minutes - so i really need time billing to work properly.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this or if it can be fixed?

Hi,

 

Are you using the latest versions of EI and HG from our website? If not, what versions are you using?

 

What are your settings in EI under Options>Other ...digits after decimal... ?
