M&STranscriptions

I have only got the free version for the time being (i need to buy one that works with hourguard down to the last minute of time billing) - which this program does however it doesn't do it quite right. i time client's by the hour - really down the the seconds that it takes me to finish a transcription. Express Invoice is rounding down my figures to 0 if its less than 30minutes to 1 if its more. ie it treats each 'task' in hourguard as items and gives it the hourly rate - ie if i charge a client 31.00 per hour and i've only done 30 minutes it should be 15.50 - but its saying is 0. i get many many jobs that take only a few minutes - so i really need time billing to work properly. Does anyone know how to fix this or if it can be fixed? thanks :-)
