We are using Microsoft DirectX to decode the file, we are not using some sort of custom-built plugin. maybe check to see if you have the latest DirectX? Guest Guest Posted October 31, 2005 Share Posted October 31, 2005 i found a solution to the problem. if you have itunes,have it convert the file to an .aac (you can use switch,but you risk getting more skips in the music) file,then convert the .aac file to an .mp3.
