Hi,

I have a friend who has been trying Switch out he liked it so much that he bought it after the trial period, ever since he has put the rego key into it (the program Switch) it will not convert, you put a file in the program, hit convert and it does it like in 2 seconds, (did not do that in trial period) when you go to output folder there is nothing in the converted file it has no size to it at all, can any one here help me out here with a fix please, I been trying for 2 days now to nut it out but to no avail. thanks heaps for your time and effort. Peace & Blessings.

Hi,

When you purchased, did you download a new version and upgrade at all?

As the current version of switch 2.03 has a bug with real player files.

It does exactly what you said.

The programmers are fixing this in the next release of switch.

To get around the problem for now, you can go to http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html and download the free version of wavepad.

Then use wavepad to convert the real player files.

(you need to have real player installed for this to work.)

Thankyou

Hi,

I've asked the programmers about this and checked that the bug has been logged. I haven't gotten a timeline as yet for the new release but I will update here once I know.

If you send me a PM with your email address, I can add you as a watcher so you will receive an email when the bug has been fixed and theres a new version released.

So you'll be first to know when its out. :)

Thankyou
