Hi, I have a friend who has been trying Switch out he liked it so much that he bought it after the trial period, ever since he has put the rego key into it (the program Switch) it will not convert, you put a file in the program, hit convert and it does it like in 2 seconds, (did not do that in trial period) when you go to output folder there is nothing in the converted file it has no size to it at all, can any one here help me out here with a fix please, I been trying for 2 days now to nut it out but to no avail. thanks heaps for your time and effort.
