Guest Newbie
I am still waiting for someone in support to respond to my previous question about the Sony .msv format to .mp3 format... My question hasn't been answered in the forum, but I can't purchase this product until I know for sure that it will work for me. We need to convert files from Sony .msv format directly to .mp3. I see that it says it will support .msv format, but not all of them. I tried to use the trial version and it kept giving me an error that I needed a "codec" or something. I went where it said to go and it still didn't work. Does that mean it won't work for this particular format of .msv files or did the trial version just not work for that? I hope that someone can answer my question this time. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
